WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING HOURS?

Pike Place Chowder (aka "PPC") dispatches shipments on non-holiday Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, between the hours of 11:00 AM PST - 3:00 PM PST (aka "regular shipping business hours"). 

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER TO GET MY ORDER BY THANKSGIVING?

Deadline to order for delivery by Thanksgiving Day (November 24, 2016) is by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday, November 21, 2016. Orders placed after this date and time will be shipped Monday, November 28, 2016.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER TO GET MY ORDER BY CHRISTMAS DAY?

Deadline to order for delivery by Christmas (December 25, 2016) is by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. Orders placed after this date and time will be shipped Monday, December 26, 2016.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER TO GET MY ORDER BY NEW YEARS DAY?

Deadline to order for delivery by New Years Day (January 1, 2017) is by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Orders placed after this date and time will be shipped Monday, January 2, 2017.

WHEN IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER?

Orders that are submitted at least 30 minutes before our daily shipping cut-off time at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time during our regular shipping business hours can be expected to ship that day. 

Please call +1 (800) 368-8384 and speak to our shipping team member to confirm any special requests pertaining your order, including guaranteed dispatch day, if this is important to you.

Orders submitted after 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on any day of the week will be dispatched on the following regular shipping business day. Example: If you submit your order at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time on a Wednesday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.  

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. PPC will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. We take great care to ship our products to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

Tracking information will be sent to the email addresses you provide, once your order is scheduled for shipment. Your estimated delivery date is included on the tracking information page provided by Fedex. 

IS YOUR CHOWDER PERISHABLE? WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVE THE BEST QUALITY CHOWDER?

CHOWDER IS PERISHABLE. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your shipment arrives. PPC chowders are highly perishable due to its quality natural ingredients and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. To enjoy the best quality product, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and make necessary arrangements to receive the chowder on the day of shipping.

PPC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the estimated delivery date as stated on tracking information. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrie, but this is unfortunately out of our control.

HOW ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES DETERMINED?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout by Fedex depending on the shipping option you choose, date and time of your order submission, shipping address and weight of shipment. 

Our shipping services are limited due to the highly perishable nature of our chowders containing the highest-quality natural ingredients. The PPC shipping team strives to ensure a superior-quality product upon delivery through extensive packaging procedures, quality packaging materials, limiting dispatch days, and using a reliable, premier shipping service.
